Candlewick Screeplay Prt. 4The SCREAMS begin almost immediately as well as the panicked running. Suddenly bounding into the room come a contingent of GOBLINS, all lightly armored but carrying wicked looking bows which they brandish at any and all. Being goblins this position of authority drives them nearly manic with glee and they gnash their needle-like teeth in excitement.
Through their ranks steps an especially large and lumpsome goblin, festooned with mismatched armor, carrying a spear, his face so scarred his eyes are pinched nearly shut and he pries his mouth open with difficulty. This is the GOBLIN LEADER.

Candlewick Screeplay Prt. 3Someone nudges Candlewick from behind and for a few moments it seems he'll lose his grip on his platter, but he manages to maneuver and save it. The pushy waiter eyes him cautiously.

WAITER: Hoof it, boy. She's waiting!

Candlewick nods but before he returns to his task he slips the ring under the dish cover.
He increases his step to reach the table, mind clearly elsewhere judging by his determined expression.
So blind in thoughts, he manages to brush right past the princess and the jester.

Trays pass held in the arms or propped on the heads of serving girls, older ones and dressed In finer uniforms then those of the under kitchens. A buxom creature, GENUIVINE, trots past a tapestry, and in a matter of seconds calloused hands slide over her eyes. She GASPS.

FETCH O.S: Good morning, fair Genuvine.

GENUIVINE: Fetch!

She turns and sees a boy sixteen with slick black hair dressed in a kitchen's uniform. Despite his lowly costume there's cockiness and dashing quality to his piercing green eyes, swagger, and thin-lipped smirk. The girl's breath quickens.
